Hilarious!! In Tulsa, the second-largest city in the State of Oklahoma, US, police arrived at the scene of a brawl Friday morning after they
were notified that a young man was bloodied and stumbling in the
parking lot of an apartment building. Cops would later learn that he had
been bludgeoned with a broken beer bottle as a result of defending the
honor of his favorite type of smartphone.
The two men involved in the fight, according to ABC’s Tulsa 8 news,
were arguing over the supremacy of Android vs iPhone. Online commenters
love to argue over this stuff in the comments sections of technology
news sites; the difference here is that that these men were drunk and
equipped with broken-off bottles, not trolling each other and firing off
clever memes.
At least one of the men had a beer bottle smashed over his head, Tulsa 8 reports.
It’s
yet to be determined whether one or both of men will be charged with
crimes. Both were sent to a local hospital for the treatment of their
injuries. It is also unclear whether the call to the police was made
with an iPhone or Android device.
